We typically respond to emails and accept consultations throughout the week until 6pm. Most weekends are dedicated to events. If you reach us after hours, we may contact you the next business day.

We understand that every vision and budget is different and for that reason we uniquely price each project by considering the the size of the product, inventory/supplies, budget and other factors. Services can range from assisting with finding a venue, connecting with vendors. working on a menu, stationary projects, invitations/RSVPs, theme/color palette, day of coordinating if needed and more. Check out our other services.
We book events as early as several months to a year in advance, or as late as 2 weeks out depending on the type of event and schedule availability. Anything less than 2 weeks can be discussed. Additional fees may apply.
Yes! We are located in Richmond, VA but we travel to surrounding areas and further if discussed. Travel fees are indicated on each custom quote unless item is pick up only (small services).
